PID detector TAC Tiger Select is a unique handheld gas detector for rapid detection of benzene and aromatic substances (TAC = Total Aromatic Compounds).
Tiger Select provides fast and accurate detection of Benzene C6H6. The moment the unit is started up, you will get a reading on the TAC. Should there be a result for TAC, an ION science benzene filter tube can be fitted. With the filter tube, you can quickly and safely get a safe and selective measurement of benzene.
Throughout the entire measurement and detection process, you get continuous and constant measurements on the screen. This ensures that the final measurement represents the real presence of benzene.
The presence of Benzene is indicated in ppb – Parts Per Billion level and it gives a reliable result you can count on.
Tiger Select can also be used without the filter tube and provide active indications of VOCs, including Benzene, in concentrations down to 1 ppb Benzene.
The device is ready to use and has an uncomplicated setup. The powerful battery provides several days of use before needing to be recharged. The battery charges quickly so you can use the device again.
The menu is Ikon structured so that it is intuitive to use and there is therefore no need for training. You can easily update the device via the Internet whenever you want.
