NB. calls outside our normal opening hours, which are Monday to Friday at 08.00 – 16.00, costs DKK 1,200.00 ex. VAT per started hour over the phone.

Service and maintenance

At GasDetect, good service and support make sense as part of the choice of measuring equipment.

We offer a wide and well-founded selection of service arrangements, which should give you great security throughout the entire process. We offer schemes within: start-up and periodic maintenance, handheld and stationary, data logging and monitoring.

Service of the equipment is always carried out by specially trained employees, either at your place or at our service workshop.

Both the company and relevant key technicians are AGA certified by dBI.

The best people for the job

All our service people are trained in setting up, programming, maintaining and calibrating our entire product portfolio, as well as servicing a great deal of our colleagues’ equipment.

Their training takes place at the suppliers’ factories around the world and always ends with a skills test, after which time-limited certificates are issued.

With a supplier certificate from our suppliers, you can be sure that our service people are continuously trained in the latest knowledge about commissioning and maintenance of the products and associated systems.

We are here to help. That is why we offer service on an hourly basis, but we always recommend that you make a fixed service agreement with us, for tasks at fixed intervals.

When we have a fixed agreement, we can better plan the task together with other tasks and offer a competitive price.

All service inspections naturally end with the preparation of a service report, with all relevant information from the work carried out, as well as the date of the next planned service inspection, so that you have the documentation and security you need.
