Conditions for returning goods for service/repair.

Prior to any return of goods to GasDetect A/S, the buyer must fill in all required fields and print and attach the email received on the matter.

Equipment must be cleaned before submission so that it is free of dirt and so that it is safe/healthy for us to receive/handle it.

GasDetect A/S does not accept equipment returned for service/repair or the like if the equipment is contaminated with toxic, corrosive, disease-causing or otherwise harmful media. By creating the case, these conditions for the return are accepted.
