Multigas detector Ventis MX4 from Industrial Scientific has many years behind it. It is continuously updated both in terms of design and extended functionality.

The detector is used frequently and easily in, for example, sewers, on drilling platforms, in ships and with the well digger. It is easy to carry and has both a visual alarm, in the form of diodes, and an audible alarm of up to 95 dB.

The screen clearly shows data and measurements and is not affected by RF signals. Ease of use is top notch with simple manufacturing and intuitive use. All use of the device takes place via the two buttons. The left one is the power button, which is also used to navigate through the user screens. The right one is the button to make selections.

On the back there is a clip for attaching the device to the clothing and this clip can be rotated 180 degrees if this is needed.

Ventis™ MX4 can be equipped with up to four cells and can thereby cover a wide range of dangerous gases. A typical configuration covers explosive and toxic gases, as well as oxygen deficiency: O2, CO, H2S, LEL.
