Benzene detector TITAN – Ion Science

The Benzene Detector Titan from Ion Science is a stationary, continuous, real-time Benzene specific monitor designed for petrochemical environments. It is the ultimate solution for Industrial facilities and employee safety.

The unit wall mounted with a dynamic detection range or 0-20 ppm with 0.1 ppm sensitivity for Benzene. Titan measures gas in the surroundings once a minute and in less than 60 seconds a precise Benzene measurement is shown on the display.

TITAN provides the best protection for your employees and the environment, as it only measures the concentration of benzene, completely without cross-sensitivity to other VOC gases, and all the way down to the ppm level.

The instrument works completely without the use of aids such as carrier gases, detector tubes etc. Eq. It also works in extreme temperature conditions. Maintenance-free operation for a full 6 months and it is designed for easy installation and servicing. This use of the instrument both increases safety and reduces the cost of manual control.

Titan provides an instant alarm system with two operator configurable levels to ensure employee safety.

It is easy to monitor trends over time with continuous real-time measurement, data is communicated via 4-20 mA or RS485. Data is stored internally and can be downloaded for analysis from a distance.
